We had a wonderfully restorative yoga session today with Sarah @purepeoplenutri
We are so grateful for this experience, it is so lovely to use some of our funding from @tnlcommunityfund to bond as a group and do something new together.

Telling us how you feel after dancing in our sessions is really important to us. We welcome any feedback, and we have an accessible board for everyone to use in case they need prompts and ideas. 🙂😞🤩💪🏻
All of our leaders are trained in gaining feedback from each person, and we do this at the end of each session.

We had an awesome time bowling on Saturday, the dance leaders were joined by some of our dancer friends for a game and a drink afterwards.
