✨I’m excited to share my Sunrise set at Echolore Festival! This carried more weight than usual, as I made a very ambitious goal to complete and play out 2 original tracks, 4 months into my musical production journey.
✨Happy to say that I did it! Despite feeling incredibly emotional before. Overwhelmed with excitement, fear, relief, and regret. Scared that I would clear the dance floor and that people would notice my tracks weren’t “as good” as the others. Questioning if it was too soon to take such a risk and that this was a really bad idea.
✨But nothing bad happened. People danced throughout. Everyone who was there at the beginning stayed until the end, which is some of the best feedback I could have ever seen given that my opener and my closer were originals.
✨Perfectionism is a blessing and curse, especially as an artist. I strive to be the best at anything I commit to, and music production has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever taken on. I remained quiet about my journey, I couldn’t stand to let myself be viewed as a beginner even though I AM AND THAT IS OKAY. Everyone has to start somewhere.
✨ It was a big lesson in self love, acceptance, learning to let things go, celebrating the wins, being proud of myself and remembering why I started this journey - because I love music and I want to create the sounds that resonate within my soul.

We witnessed laughter, tears, stillness, and release — all held with love under our temple. Thank you to our amazing facilitators and every beautiful soul who showed up fully.

Had an absolute blast at Echolore this last weekend. Deloro Valley was gorgeous with perfect summer weather, there was a great mix of live and electronic music, and I couldn’t ask for a better group of friends to go with. Darren, Lisa, Emily, Moisés and Colleen love you guys!
I closed out the pool party Saturday with my remix of The Crane Wife 3 by the Decemberists. Been working on this one for a couple months now and will have a sneak peak for you soon!
In the meantime it’s summer and that means renegades in Tahoe before I head back to SF and hit the studio. If you’re in the Tahoe area and want an invite to sunset and full moon renegades hit me up.
