Today, our students came together as part of Holocaust Memorial Day. Through our Echo Eternal project, students are learning how the voices of Holocaust survivors continue to educate future generations, challenging prejudice and intolerance wherever it exists.
Last night’s performance highlighted the experiences of the Windermere Children, with a particular focus on Harry Olmer, using storytelling and performance to help students engage thoughtfully with the impact of the Holocaust and the lessons it holds for society today.

A special opportunity for wonderful organisations to come together and present a poignant piece for Echo Eternal. We’re so grateful for the collaboration 🫶

This year our Echo Eternal performance for #HMD2026 is remembering the Windermere Children. Our students have prepared their Echo in response to the testimony of Harry Olmer
We are saddened by the passing of Harry Olmer MBE. Harry was a valued supporter of our Echo Eternal project and spent time with many of our students, sharing his experiences with generosity and compassion. He made a lasting impact on our community and will be greatly missed. Our thoughts are with his family and all who knew him.
This year for #HMD2026 our @coreeducate students will be performing with @nymtuk , @royalballetschool and @rbclearning in London on Monday 26th January. Get your ticket on Eventbrite - Holocaust Memorial Day Commemoration: Echo Eternal 2026
On the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau, our students remember the victims of the Holocaust and all genocides. #HMD2025 @echo.eternal112@holocaustmemorialdaytrust #LightTheDarkness for #holocaustmemorialday #forabetterfuture
Last week our @coreeducate students had the honour to perform a very special “Echo Eternal” to His Majesty The King at Buckingham Palace. We honoured the memories of Holocaust survivors Zigi and Zdenka and we were humbled to meet Manfred. We were also proud to share the occasion with @holocaustuk and @holocaustmemorialdaytrust and of course to meet His Majesty who engaged so positively with our students & staff.
