They’ve spent way too long turning burnout into a badge of honor and acting like struggling quietly is somehow more respectable than asking for help. At ECCHO Live, we reject that completely. Checking in on your mental health should not feel weak, dramatic, awkward, or taboo. Talking to someone should feel normal. Reaching out before things completely fall apart should feel normal. Taking care of yourself should feel normal. The stigma only survives when people keep protecting it, and we’re done doing that. 🧡 #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #EndTheStigma #LiveEvents #ECCHOLive

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and as we continue to think about what this looks like in everyday life, it’s worth noticing the people around you when things feel okay. The ones you naturally stay in touch with, who make it easy to be yourself, and who are part of your day-to-day without needing a reason. These relationships don’t happen all at once. They’re built over time, in the quiet, ordinary moments that often go unnoticed. Paying attention to them is part of taking care of your mental health, too. 🧡 Who is someone you’re grateful to have in your corner? #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #MentalHealthMatters #LiveEvents #ECCHOLive #EndTheStigma

When legendary tour manager Marty Hom (@thehomster ) said, “I wish I had a Rachael,” at Pollstar Live! (@pollstar_official ) , he was speaking to something many in live events know firsthand: Financial stress is real. And for too long, it stayed backstage. The good news? You do have a Rachael. Rachael Bronstein, aka @lifesjam , serves on the ECCHO Live Board of Directors and helped shape our Financial Wellness program, designed for the realities of an unpredictable industry: budgeting, planning, career transitions, and peace of mind. Through All Access Financial, live event professionals can access up to four free, confidential one-on-one sessions each year with vetted professionals who understand this world. Because support should cover real life, too. Learn more or book your session at: eccholive.com/programs #ECCHOLive #PollstarLive #FinancialWellness

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and as we think about what this means for each of us, we’d like to invite you to consider what to do when you’re feeling okay. When nothing feels urgent, it’s easy to move on without noticing what’s actually working, but those moments are where patterns start to take shape. What you return to, who you stay in touch with, how you protect your time, what you say yes to, what you don’t. These choices are quiet, but they add up. You don’t have to wait for something to go wrong to pay attention to your mental health. 🧡 What’s one thing you’ve learned about yourself when life feels steady? #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #MentalHealthMatters #LiveEvents #ECCHOLive #EndTheStigma

"There was a time when running on fumes, staying quiet, and pushing through everything was treated like proof of strength. Burnout was romanticized, stress was normalized, and asking for help was too often framed as weakness. We know better now." May is Mental Health Awareness Month At ECCHO Live, we believe checking in on our mental health should be part of everyday life, not only the moments when everything feels hardest. You do not need to wait for the bottom to fall out before checking in on yourself. The strong days matter. The heavy days matter. The in-between days matter, too. You matter, and it’s okay to not be okay. There should be no stigma around asking for help when you need it, or caring for yourself when life feels steady. During the highs: build your foundation. During the lows: reach for a hand. During the in-betweens: give yourself grace. Support is not only for crisis. It is for growth, maintenance, healing, clarity, connection, and being human. Know that we make space for honest conversations, real support, and the reminder that you do not have to carry everything alone. We’re glad you’re here. 🧡 #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #MentalHealthMatters #EndTheStigma #LiveEvents #ECCHOLive
