Haridus- ja ettevõtluslinnak Eedu saavutas neljapäeval oma täiskõrguse! 🏗️ Tähistasime seda sarikapeoga. Kes ei teadnud, siis sarikapeoga tähistatakse Eestis majaehituse tipu saavutamist. Ehitajad viivad selle puhul tippu pärja, et omanikele märku anda, et oluline sündmus on käes. Omanikud peavad pärja siis alla tooma ning ehitajaid söögi ja joogiga kostitama, et head õnne tuua! Kuna EBS on Eedu üks omanikest, aga ka põhirentnik, oli see au meil. Meie kantsler Mart Habakuk ning turunduse- ja kommunikatsioonijuht Tiina Lepisk tõidki eile pärja alla. Sellega aitas muidugi kraana. Kõrghoone on üheaegselt sügavaim ja kõrgeim elukondlik ehitis Tallinnas ning hõlmab 3 maa-alust ja 30 maapealset korrust. EBS hakkab tegutsema hoone 1.-4. korrusel. Korrustele 7-30 tulevad korterid. 📆 Millal Eedu valmis saab? Avamine toimub 2027. aasta kevadel ning korterid valmivad 2027.aasta suve lõpus.
