After holding this in for 4 long months, it's time for me to announce that I've been called up to the majors ⚾️⚾️⚾️ (Again) My vegan brand, @eatopianeats has been selected as the ONLY vegan vendor for Nats Park, the home of the MLB @nationals for 2026 season. We're featuring our global fusion plantbased goodness in Section 136 right behind First Base. We're serving up plantbased and allergen friendly food that knocks it out of the park. #PlantbasedPowerhouse

BRB.....I was called up to the majors ⚽️⚽️⚽️ Excited to announce that I am serving as the Stadium Catering Operations Manager for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup for the Washington, DC June circuit. In my role, I will serve as the FIFA liaison working with Audi Field and its in house caterer, Levy Restaurants to manage the Stadium Catering Operations which provides food for the teams, staff, and volunteers. See you back in the kitchen in July✨✨✨

🏅🏅Guess who makes the best Vegan Macaroni & Cheese in DC......@chefgirlrchi of @eatopianeats ‼️ I’m so grateful to have participated with my brand @eatopianeats in @soulfullveganevents first DC Soulfull Vegan Festival. I’m especially grateful to have one this award because it was voted on by the public and not a panel of judges. FUN FACT: The morning of the festival, I messed up my first batch and had to remake it making me late for setup. It didn’t come out the same and I actually didn’t like it. When I arrived onsite, I told my Mom @joharirashad and friend @imadjin.nation that I wasn’t going to turn it in because I didn’t want to embarrass myself. With their encouragement, I added some additional seasoning and turned it in.....🏅🏅 I didn’t use any products that contained nuts, gluten or soy in my recipe. I highlighted two of my favorite products: @jovialfoods Organic Brown Rice Pasta and 5 varieties of @followyourheart Vegan Cheese (Chedder, Mozzarella, Smoked Gouda, Provolone and American). With this win, I will be representing DC in the 2025 National Vegan Macaroni and Cheese Competition. Look how hard my mom is smiling in the background. Apparently @eatopianeats is bringing too much power to the park✨✨✨ Our equipment has too much wattage and has created power issues during service so we've decided to close for this homestand, May 5th-7th against the Minnesota Twins. During this time off, we'll be making some adjustments to address the issue to optimize service. See you back at Nats Park on May 15th vs the Orioles⚾️⚾️⚾️

It’s an honor to be included in people’s big life experiences. For this intimate at home brunch, I was tasked with a Hello Kitty theme for my client’s daughter’s 18th birthday. I interpreted the theme into an adult version using elements of pink and Japanese anime touches. We cater for herbivores, omnivores, raw vegan, allergies, etc. and this menu included some of their favorite foods. To inquire about our private dining experiences, email [email protected]. 🌭🌭🌭 Stadium Review 🌭🌭🌭 When I say that I make plant-based food that even non plant-based people would eat, this is what I mean. These gentlemen bought six of my Home Plate Hot Dogs with Chili and Cheese and had no idea that they were Vegan. They were shocked when I told them. My Chili is based on an Indian Madras Lentil recipe and my Queso has an Oat Milk base and uses Nut-free cheese, both of which I make from scratch. Plant-based food but it has to taste good to get omnivores to try it. Interactions like this is why I do what I do.
