The infamous ACKEE PATTY mek yuh waan lick yuh 10 finga
Ingredients:
Dough
2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of unsalted butter
2 tsp of @easispice curry
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 cup water
Ackee
1 can @gracefoods ackee
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
.5 onion
1 tbsp garlic paste or mince garlic
.5 bell pepper
.5 tomato
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp paprika
3 tbsp coconut oil
All purpose seasoning
Use wooden spoon to mix it in then wrap in Saran Wrap or plastic wrap and sit in refrigerator for 10 mins. Remove from refrigerator, cut in equal parts and roll out each piece to about 1/8inch thick. Apply your ackee to half of the dough then fold. If it wasn’t originally cut as a circle, once you seal both side together you use your pastry cutter wheel to cut in a half circle then use the tines of your fork to seal properly. Add to a baking sheet and bake for approx 30mins. Enjoy!!

This was TOO easy!
Now yall know that I rather cook all day. I made this fish, rice pilaf, steamed broccoli and started looking around the kitchen like 🙆🏾♀️ that’s it???!!! I’m done? KMT. 🙄
Make a garlic and honey elixir:
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons @mikeshothoney
Juice from 2 medium oranges
2 tsp @walkerswood jerk seasoning
Mix well to combine. Set aside.
Season 3 salmon steaks on both sides:
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp @easispice fish seasoning
Sear salmon on both sides in a cast iron skillet, about 2 minutes per side.
Pour in the elixir.
Let the garlic soften and cook the salmon until its fully cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Dassit. 😒
