Went to the amazing @alexgreycosm and @allysongreycosm exhibition in Canary Wharf yesterday. Highly, highly recommended. Will definitely merit a repeat trip….

Two years ago today, Ned supervised as I did a last pass of The Startup Lexicon before it went to typesetting and printing. As you can see, he was a demanding taskmaster and active contributor to the effort.
24 months on, we’ve sold copies around the world, released a US edition, been nominated for awards, and did more talks, mentoring sessions and occasional bouts of shilling the book than I ever thought possible. Thankfully, it’s worked. The reviews have been incredible. The feedback has been far more positive than we ever expected, and now it’s time for round two.
One of the things Ken and I were always aware of was the pace at which the language of the tech industry changes. ChatGPT didn’t exist in the public consciousness when we hit send on that final draft and countless other words and phrases have entered the vernacular since then.
That’s why I’m so excited to announce we’ve just kicked off the second edition. We’ll have new words, new stories, new languages (hopefully) and much more. Coming to a bookshelf or app near you in July 2024.
