Can’t give enough credit to team I’ve had for this one. Bit of a mental few months between injuries but the holy coach himself @bensonstrengthcoach laid out a plan and it couldn’t have worked out better. Wouldn’t have been able to push myself this hard without the pressure from @ajayliftsheavy an @barrywalsh27 and also the support of the crew in @urban.barbell . Now time to beat the open lads.

Cant thank @cremedel_lacreme enough for all of the help going back a long time but especially over the last 6 weeks. Another fun and stressful comp. Happy to get a deadlift medal and unfortunate to miss out on an overall podium. Happy to extend another few records and hit the open nats qualifying total as a subjunior. Few unfortunate factors that were out of my control but still grateful. Thanks to Alex and Lawerance for the handling. On to the next.
