This week on my multi media apprenticeship course with @tnbskillstrainingacademy and @jessicacranesiss , we learned about adding extra value to customers, and this topic genuinely excited me because one thing I love as a business owner is making people feel appreciated.
The rain was heavy that morning, and almost put me off, but I reminded myself that if you wait for things to be perfect before taking action, you may never move at all. I really wanted our team to understand the importance of giving, serving, and showing kindness, even when you do not have it all figured out yourself. Thankfully, at @eahair.salon , we have a bunch with truly big hearts.

Social media can be deceiving and make you believe everyone has their ish together. Yes, some people have reached that stage, but most of us are still in a phase of our journey where we are working our way there.
I genuinely love what I do, but growth comes with growing pains. Transitioning often comes with lessons that you have to be proactive about learning and applying.
