This Saturday Sarah Rue Studios is hosting The After Party for “Tortured Artist” a gallery exhibition by @yvesworld.co and @sunbangaz that is showcasing the conflicts “creatives [are forced to] navigate between self-expression, survival, and societal expectation”. Sarah Rue Studios is a design studio. The focus is on being able to utilize an ordinary event or occurrence as an opportunity for design to amplify the experience for the viewer and or attendee. My intention with the studio is to vocalize thoughts and beliefs that I have about the world, life, and art through various mediums and platforms. The studio is committed to making sure that the vision is clear as we scale. The After Party for “Tortured Artist” exemplifies the utility that Sarah Rue Studios provides to its community. Working alongside @sunbangaz and @yvesworld.co in certain aspects of this project made it obviously clear that their practices as individuals and a collective is beyond admirable.
