Strong Body, Strong mind. Last Saturday in New York, we created space for something essential.
An intimate, high-quality workshop powered by
@ultra.inspired , built around a simple but often neglected idea: training is not just about doing more, but about doing better.
The session unfolded as a complete journey.
Functional strength work with Dennis Serna (
@dynam0_d ) challenged stability, control, and precision.
Yoga and meditation guided by Paola Gonzalez (
@namastepaola ) shifted the focus inward, toward breath, awareness, and recovery.
At the core, a 45-minute integrated circuit where strength met control, breath shaped movement, and attention became part of performance.
Not a workout to “finish,” but a method to understand. Something athletes can carry into their daily training.
Quality over quantity.
Time to observe, to feel, to learn.
This is how we believe endurance athletes, and humans, should train: with structure, presence, and respect for the body.
More experiences like this are coming.
Education is part of performance.
