Strong Body, Strong mind. Last Saturday in New York, we created space for something essential. An intimate, high-quality workshop powered by @ultra.inspired , built around a simple but often neglected idea: training is not just about doing more, but about doing better. The session unfolded as a complete journey. Functional strength work with Dennis Serna (@dynam0_d ) challenged stability, control, and precision. Yoga and meditation guided by Paola Gonzalez (@namastepaola ) shifted the focus inward, toward breath, awareness, and recovery. At the core, a 45-minute integrated circuit where strength met control, breath shaped movement, and attention became part of performance. Not a workout to “finish,” but a method to understand. Something athletes can carry into their daily training. Quality over quantity. Time to observe, to feel, to learn. This is how we believe endurance athletes, and humans, should train: with structure, presence, and respect for the body. More experiences like this are coming. 🚨MUSCLES FOR MEALS🚨 Food insecurity remains a serious crisis in New York City in 2025, hitting its hardest in over a decade. Nearly 1.3 million residents - about 15 % of New Yorkers - currently struggle to reliably put enough food on the table. Families with children are among the most affected: around one in four NYC kids face food insecurity, and households with children experience hardship at much higher rates than those without. People of color and low-income households are disproportionately impacted, and in many neighborhoods the burden is compounded by the high cost of housing, groceries, and childcare - making the holidays especially difficult for those already stretched thin. The goal of this class is twofold: to alleviate the food insecurity crisis in NYC by committing all proceeds to the @foodbank4nyc and to deliver a fitness class tailored specifically for runners. #linkinbio
