A short documentary about the Paris-based designer @lucaszitolouisor . His practice focuses on 3D printed buoy lighting pieces using recycled bioplastics which are assembled in his atelier. The film focuses on his philosophy and embracing the errors within his highly-technologised medium.
Hugely rewarding directing this one with a like-minded team interested in the doctrine of design.

I’ve written some words about my time in Seoul by way of Whanki Kim, the prime mover of Dansekhwa, the monochrome movement. The Whanki Museum was one of my most memorable moments there. I’m still thinking about it a year later.

A short documentary about @yiyun_kang I directed and shot during my time in Seoul earlier this year.
Yiyun’s interdisciplinary practice blends projection mapping, sound, and video to transform architectural and gallery spaces to grapple how we experience space, time and humanity’s true purpose.
I visited her studio but then was gifted her archives for the edit.
