I’ve updated the GoFundMe and the link is in my bio. €300 would pay off the last of the tuition fees. Another €800 would cover his travel expenses to the graduation ceremony in Valencia - would be lovely to make this happen! :-)
Míle buíochas arís to everyone who attended the fundraising events at @bellobardublin & @echoandbounce_ , together we raised over €5000; to Tessa for organising the Dublin gig with me, and likewise to Kate, Nikki, Lucas, Harrison and Xav in Magandjin. Míle buíochas to the musicians and DJs and to everyone who helped out. So many people grafted and gave in different ways to make these events happen… it’s incredibly moving to see people jump on board to help, to give so much without a second thought — what a beautiful thing.

We’re starting off the year with two absolute darling angel pookies in the form of @deejay_local_support and @dylanomuineog
Both are beloved members of the community, with Dylan recently returning after a sojourn in his native land of Ireland, and ready to deliver his love of pure dancefloor fun to the people, and we love him for it! Lucas on the other hand is the heart of soul of @luckyduck._ and one of the most beloved selectors of the city, specialising in a fun, joyous and unpretentious approach to the more balearic side of things. He’s also been responsible for all our beautiful art! Combined together, they are a celebration of friendship, love and our own humid existence
Following these two dynamo darlings will be 1/2 of the brains trust behind this operation @tinywhisk_nrg and a special guest (more on that later). See ya there!
Chosen Family at Echo & Bounce this Xmas eve :-)
Sneak off from the fam for a hot sec and let’s unite for a joyous end-of-year lock-in at the local. Bitta euphoria, bitta lightness, bitta shaking off the year and bouncing into the next one, bitta DJ’s behind the bar kinda thing, bitta dancing on the tables kind of thing.
The Duck hosted last time around so it’s e&b’s turn this year. We’ll open at 5 for an hour of hugs and chats before we lock in for some buzzy cardio - promise to have you home by midnight. Bring your bestie, bring your little cousin, bring some comfortable dancing shoes, bring your good self.

Last slide is a pic @koi_no_yokan_____ took a few weeks before leaving my dreamworld in Brisbane, around the time I started working on She Played Mary and getting giddy about the idea of starting a band again. I felt a lot of dread about moving home but knew that playing music and dancing with old friends and new friends could make it all golden and make Ireland feel like a dreamworld too. Think it’s coming into view now — eternally grateful to all the loving people who’ve been there for me over the past year and a half
