Trying to find a new way to look at cycling. I don’t expect to find it any time soon. But finally feeling like I won’t do more damage to my back and having a new bike definitely helps. Baby steps.

I few people have been curious what I work on. What I work on takes an incredible team to produce and I’m greatful to be a part of it. This project was massive and covered the globe. Proud of everyone involved.

Some evidence from this past weekend. @swiznooski got some friends together to enjoy a weekend before he gets married later this month. Such an incredible group of friends all pushing the boundaries of fun, a mild layer of chaos, and finding the edges of what we thought we were all capable of. 🍻
Comfort zones are meant to be pushed and pulled. My friend from school, @meredithebrion , sent a note about a personal project with @francoislebeau and it was surprisingly easy to respond with, “Of course!” We pieced together a quick evening on the mountain with a few ideas and had fun with it. I’m usually looking through the lens rather than down it, but François made something unfamiliar feel completely natural.
Also, I haven’t changed my profile picture in over a decade, and this feels like a pretty great moment for it. Thanks again to both of you!
Trail blazer. We pieced together about 6 (slow) miles with a few snack spots sprinkled in. Seen: humming birds, lizards, trees (all of them), and butterflies. Eaten: seaweed, apple sauce, snack bar, funions, rice crispy treat, lemonade.
