My journey so far —
Many highs & lows but with each experience it’s further refined my understanding of who I am as a person, a coach and an athlete.
I have found alignment in my work and the people I help. I’m ready to raise the standard and bring a fresh approach and a new perspective to what fitness & community can become in the health and performance space.

I had to learn this the hard way, I think it’s worth saying out loud.
Everything worth having is on the other side of doing something hard.
The biggest setbacks & challenges in my life -
Injuries / moving out of home / heartbreak/ career pivots
Have produced
A grateful mind / opportunities I could never imagine / amazing friendships & greater self respect / clarity & purpose in my career
I am a testament to this lesson, if I can “influence” you of anything.
It’s that you are capable of doing hard things & you should do hard things.
This might hurt your feelings…
But do you really train hard?
I’ve been around people who actually train hard, now I feel as though I’ve only just scratched the surface of what real hard training looks like.
But It’s worth reflecting on how you train, because you may just have more in you than you think 🤷🏼♂️
And if you want to be the best version of yourself or be more than that, then it’s gonna take more than you’ve ever given before.
