This is a space of the maternal unwavering feminine love. A love that is adoring and engendering, a transformative warm place of consistent invitation.
Mothers Day is a time of recognition of such love.
Its also a time of recognition of the strife and hardship that each mother goes through.
A time to open towards infinite forgiveness, to soften our animal bodies to the lessons of the purity within maternal love.
As we all continue to self actualize , and attempt to create the adult version of ourselves, the evolutionary process of unravelling from the complete child version and into the wiser growing being; there is pain within the growth.
Yielding into the understanding that our mothers are humans, doing the best that they can, gives rise to an opening of reciprocity in love that we all crave.
Offering the love and consideration that we long for, is giving respect to the maternal that's intwined within our natural beings DNA.
Giving to ourselves, others, nature...and yes, our actual mothers.
Let this day of recognition be one of healing, growth and maturity.

We ( people of the patriarch, and yes that includes me - you can't opt out of the construct because its ingrained into society) have vilified the victim.
How twisted and screwd the patriarchal system has been to infest us towards this backwards thinking.
Im sick with all of this news of consistent trespassing on the bodies and humanity of women.
My full blame and shame is placed upon the system, and not the puppets that enact it. AND that does not give any sort of excuse to the harmful behaviours of any adult in the room.
Where is the honor? Where are the morals and ethical guidance people are sourcing from?
How have we let humans slip into such utter deplorable actions and base vallues of consciousness ?
Emotional Literacy is fluency of emotions. Its the ability to speak your own, AND understand another's. Uncomfortable emotions are important to not only " feel the damn emotion", but to understand your "why is this coming up". Spiritual bypassers love to bliss past these..... and today we are so bombarded with graphic, bizzare and horrific news that - we might be sourcing into coping mechanisms of shut down / dismissal.
Fluency of emotions and healthy ways to express them deepen our lived experience, while honoring the different parts and selves that reside within us and others.
My work is centered around connecting- with our parts, with our narratives , and, hopefully to each other in a compassionate process.
Shame and embarrassment are strong places to be - identifying when they come up are important aspects of truth towards our own identity and self worth.
Listening and feeling into these checks and balances of situations / actions around us keep us checked into our own compass 🧭.
Keep steering yourself towards humanity, connection and a sense of love; because those are the currency and validity of truth.

Fucch ice - just so we're clear on my stance. I had a Spring Puppet gig, so couldn't be there in person, but e sent some puppets to fly high and bring inspiration to those in that resist parade and protest.
My feels of despair, contempt and disgust for what the gov has been and is unrolling has been flooring to me at times - not gonna lie.
I want people in my life who believe and pursue a steady moral ground that has health and justice as the primary structure of the ways in which we hold each other and our living earth at high regard.
People of that sort I support, will listen to and potentially trust.
No Kings is my shouting retort to anything less than that.
