Dummer Down Farm is such a special place to me, loads of good trails and just a really nice place to switch off, get away from it all for a walk or run. Felt right to start bringing the MHAC run club out here so more people can enjoy it too.
We’ll kick things off on 7th May.
Meeting outside the brewery at 18:30 for a relaxed 5km trail loop, then heading back for a cold drink after 🍻
Nothing serious, just an easy run, good people, and an excuse to get moving after work.
The club’s growing, slowly, but that’s kind of the point, not trying to rush it, just building something solid with the right people.
Longer evenings, decent weather (finally), and more chances to get outside… feels like the right time.

Set on the peaceful grounds of Dummer Down Farm, Move & Mend is a one-day wellness gathering that blends physical movement, mindfulness practices, and community connection in an inclusive, supportive space.
Whether you’re deep into your wellness journey or just starting out, this event is open to all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.

No experience needed – guidance and encouragement will be provided from start to finish, showing you how to choose your foliage, prepare your design and add your own personal touch.
