Yesterday at the graduation ceremony of the Hercademy Institute and honestly, it was such a beautiful thing to witness.
Seeing women intentionally choose growth, leadership, and becoming more was really inspiring.
Itās one thing to talk about empowering women, itās another thing to consistently build systems that actually do it and thatās exactly what @tosfoundationng is doing through Hercademy.
So inspiring to witness.
Congratulations to every woman who graduated yesterday.
And special recognition to Chief @osasuigbinedionogwuche for building spaces that continue to open doors, shape minds, and raise leaders.
I almost didnāt post this clip because parts of it felt too raw, maybe even a little harsh. But this is honestly the reality that shaped me.
Nobody was coming to save me.
And at some point, I had to stop waiting, stop overthinking failure, and just keep trying.
Iāve started businesses that worked.
Iāve started businesses that failed.
Iāve had moments where I questioned myself completely.
But one thing I learned is this:
failure is not always a sign to stop. Sometimes itās proof that youāre getting closer to figuring it out.
When I said āanywhere I go, I must make my money,ā I wasnāt speaking from greed. I was speaking from responsibility, survival, faith, and the understanding that God has placed work in my hands.
This journey built me. It stretched me. It humbled me.
And maybe someone out there needs this reminder:
you are allowed to fail and still continue.

Before you ask God for elevation,
check your habits.
Elevation has a lifestyle.
And not everyone is living like where they are praying to go.

Perfect lip makeup is not about the lipstick.
Itās about the prep, the lining, and the blend.
Most people skip the steps that make the real difference.
Watch this carefully, try it, and come back to tell me what changed for you šāØ
What part of your lip routine do you struggle with?
Prep ⢠Lining ⢠Blending ⢠Choosing shades?
Letās talk in the comments.
Save this for your next glam session.
My heart is so full.
From the messages, to the prayers, to the gifts, to every thoughtful gesture⦠I felt seen, celebrated, and deeply loved.
Thank you for showing up for me so intentionally.
I carry this gratitude with me into this new chapter.
Hereās to grace, growth, and greater things ahead.
Iāve grown into a quieter kind of woman.
Soft⦠but sure.
Calm⦠but deeply grounded.
Everything Iām becoming feels right.
Even the parts still unfolding.
Happy birthday to me š¤
