Argentina you have always been so very supportive and special to me. Whether I am exploring the vibrant city streets of Buenos Aires and sampling some of the best cuisine in the world, taking in the beautiful wineries of Mendoza, or escaping into the stunning natural landscapes of Patagonia, I am always discovering something new to fall in love with.

There are clubs that simply get it. For me, @gewoelbe_cologne remains one of the true standard-bearers of underground club culture; from the meticulous sound by Martion Audiosysteme and Funktion One, to the perfectly designed booth and lighting that create such an immersive atmosphere.

Deep Dish share the story behind their house classic ‘Flashdance’, recalling the moment that sparked a global hit. After renting the film Flashdance on a Betamax tape, Dubfire and Sharam began reimagining ‘He’s a Dream’, an earworm from the soundtrack. The final result would go on to debut in the UK charts and become one of Deep Dish’s most loved releases.

Deep Dish share the story behind their 2005 house hit ‘Flashdance’ 💡
The Grammy-winning duo, Dubfire and Sharam, discuss their early careers, enduring friendship, and the making of one of their most-loved releases.
‘Flashdance’ was conceived by Sharam after hearing ‘He’s a Dream’ in the 1983 film, Flashdance. After playing it out, they realised they had something special and headed to the studio to finalise the track with vocalist Anousheh Khalili, creating a record that went on to debut in the UK Singles Chart.
