Point of Personal Privilege today: Every now and then you find out how much your employees are really watching and listening to what you do and say. Today marked another trip around the sun for me and they all surprised me with a birthday lunch, but the best part was the “Boss Sash” they presented me with. It has all sorts of “merit badges” for things that I do or say. I was truly amazed at all the things that they have picked up over the years. Who has the best employees in the architecture world? I do, hands down. Thank you to all of them for a wonderful day! - Paul
