PRs across the board for the PAC boys in nearly all Vald metrics last week! We assessed with the CMJ and drop jump 1.5 months ago and reassessed last week. Since most of the boys are already lifting at school with their high school program,our team lifts have focused on knee/ankle/hip health, upper body strength + hypertrophy, and sprinkled in max effort jumps and sprints.

@cordellbemusvb.2029 work tonight. Strength training in season as a volleyball player is one of the BEST things you can do for your long term health and athletic development. Continue to squat heavy, hammer compound movements and get stronger, limit higher volume work and accessories to limit interference with on court play. Your knees and vert will thank you!
