but with a fire that does not ask for permission.
Still playful. Still creative. Still poetry in motion.
Still thoughtful, in ways that speak before words do.
Still beautiful, not by optics but through feeling
Still steady. Still intentional. Still showing up with meaning.
Still honest, gentle, with clear boundaries
Still focused, with a vision that knows where it is going.
Still evolving in purpose,
with a mind that stretches beyond limits.
Still dreaming, not wildly, but deeply.
Like fine wine, growing richer, fuller, more understood with time.
Still soft in strength, and open where it matters.
Still vibrant and styled in a way that feels like home.
Still held in grace and covered in something greater than self.

I am 42
not a number,
but a knowing.
Not an age,
but an arrival.
I wear time like silk now
soft on the outside,
but stitched with the strength
of everything I didn’t fold under.
Four
the number of roots,
of corners that hold me steady.
I am a structure now,
not just a seeker.
My peace is planted.
My joy is built.
My No is holy.
Two
the number of mirrors.
Of holding hands with my shadow
and my light,
and not flinching.
Of listening twice before I speak,
because silence has wisdom
that sound sometimes forgets.
And together
42
The healer’s number.
The mother.
The nurturer.
But not just for others
for myself, finally.
I pour back into me
like I’ve learned what it means
to be empty too long.
I am not rushed.
I am not raw.
I am refined.
I am ritual.
I am reminder.
That growth can be graceful
and softness can be strong.
At 42, I don’t ask the world for answers
I am the answer.
My body holds the blueprint.
My spirit holds the map.
My history holds the fire.
I love me because I forgive me 70x7

My 41 Era with a laser focused mind whilst glowing, growing and knowing to keep my space pollution free. Only attracting grounded positive energy my way. Feeling my aura with beautiful natural fractals that keeps my mind, body and soul united on the things that are pure, happy, productive, genuine and extraordinary.
My 41 Era of building a global impact whilst grounded in my sophistication of self-awareness and successfully thriving in my stunner mode, my smiling core, my sweet scents, my sonorous voice, my vibrant colours and my playful wits because identity is the true ownership of one’s self and not what the world expects of you.
My 41 Era of not giving a f**k because at the end of it all, your journey is all about you, your standard is all about you, your happiness is all about you and what you make out of this life is all on you. You own that choice, so don’t consciously, unconsciously or subconsciously give the power to others because your choice is your ticket to paradise, prison or parallels.
Finally, my 41 era is a FULL on CLOUD of My FATHER IN HEAVEN who is the centre of my identity and is all about me blooming, blossoming, being brilliant whilst maintaining beauty.

Last week ended with another fab evening as we came to the end of our tag team Vibrant Voices Summits with @vibrantmidlifemeno . Together we have taken the Menopause conversations North & South, reaching more women & communities to create safe spaces where women felt seen, heard and informed.
Menopause is not “just hot flushes.” It impacts our minds, hearts, confidence, relationships and our working lives. Yet so many women are still expected to struggle in silence or make the most of a rushed 10-minute appointment without knowing the right questions to ask.
The evening had:

This is what awareness in the community looks like.

Whattttt! Lagos had me gagged, on chokehold, left me floating in a swirl of style and tickled me a little too much with love. My energy was renewed, the sun scotched, the chaos didn’t go unnoticed but spending time with family was my ULTIMATE FLEX.

What else could a girl ask for than just look fine, carry herself confidently and be happy.
On Sunday I had the absolute pleasure to seat at @chef_fregz dinner table. The different flare and deconstructed techniques Nigerian dishes were served heightened the richness of my already refined palate and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT.
Great food, great conversation and an all round feel good moment.
Thank you @chef_fregz for bringing your cuisine brilliance to London. Looking forward to the next dinner table.
