✨‼️FULL VIDEO FULL VIDEO‼️✨ ✨🥦The Eat for Good Series with Chef Fregz✨🥦 is HERE!!! Episode One! EFIRIN Pesto Pasta We are kicking of with everything I made for the Eativist Girls earlier this month!! Now it’s your turn to experience the magic and get to cook it too! 📽️ @pope_studios Recipe Below!!! EFIRIN PESTO PASTA INGREDIENTS: PESTO: - 500g Efirin/Scent Leaf/Wild Oregano, blanched - 1 cup Toasted Cashew nuts - 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese - 4 cloves Garlic - 1/2 cup olive or vegetable oil (use your oil of preference, add extra if needed) - 1 tbsp Black pepper Blanch the Efirin by adding it to boiling salted water for 30 seconds, then transfer to an ice bath. In a blender or food processor, add the remaining ingredients and blend to a rough/coarse paste. Set aside. 900g Spaghetti Cook in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Slightly undercook it so it’s perfect when finished cooking with the pesto. Remove from the hot water to prevent overcooking. Prawn Marinade: - 1.5kg Jumbo Prawns, cut into chunks - 1 tbsp Black pepper - 1.5-2 tbsp garlic paste - Knorr Chicken seasoning to taste - 1 tbsp Olive Oil Base Sauce: - 1/4 cup Olive oil or Vegetable Oil, plus extra if needed - 1 Large Onion, finely chopped - 2 tbsp Tomato paste - Knorr Chicken seasoning to taste - Cherry tomatoes (use as much or as little as you like) - Chilli oil to taste - Green chilli to taste In a pot, heat the olive oil, add the onions and tomato paste, and fry for a minute. Add the cherry tomatoes and prawns, stirring until the prawns are halfway cooked. Add the cooked pasta along with pasta water as needed to loosen and mix everything. Add the efirin pesto, black pepper, and additional Knorr cubes if needed. @aletheakng.lifestyle is a brand-new kid on the block; however, it features an already established perfumer, Catherine Omai, who is the nose behind all three fragrances. My video summary says it all. I wanted to find things wrong, but I was honestly impressed. The atomizer does need work, and don't let their light presentation fool you. I found them to last long and not be cloying. I worried that the notes were too much, but somehow they told a balanced story. Please check the brand out. With all glory to God and an immense sense of gratitude, I just want to appreciate everyone that made my first ever two-day pop-up of @thefregzdinnertable come alive. I am so grateful! From Nigeria, Wales, and all corners of the UK, the support was palpable, and we had such a great time! Thank you all, you all felt like family for real! My gratitude to God knows no bounds for how He keeps writing the Chef Fregz story. One phone call from HM @bosuntijani changed so much. Your Excellency, thank you for calling on me to be part of such a record-breaking moment in the history of the ITU. Serving Jollof Rice and Egusi Croquettes with Ata Din Din and Iru Chicken Salad and Uyayak Mousse Puff Puff to delegates from all over the world was a dream, but it became real very quickly. From a Qatari gentleman to the American lady who came back to appreciate the food, to the Perm Sec congratulating me as well, it was nothing short of epic. Nigerian food and flavor shone like a bright light, and the combination of my food being served and @asaofficial singing live in the background was such a thrilling moment. Thank you, HM, once again for this. May your Chairmanship be a great one, and may it be onward and upward from here. Thank you to your team for their 360 support. Geneva, I'll be back soon.

So a little while back, we went to one of the best African and really just dining experiences in London.
