While most of my goals I just write down and keep to myself, this was so big, I wanted to envision it every day. So thatโ€™s what I did. I made a photoshopped picture and sent it to my coaches and said this is the goal. ๐Ÿ† Sharing goals can be really scary, but it can also solidify to yourself, what you want to achieve. Figuring out what I want to say in my intro/outro and editing the podcast are by far the hardest parts. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ Both of these elements have been a barrier to getting episodes out. ๐Ÿšง So Iโ€™ve tried to make a point of not trying to make things perfect. Just do it and run with it. Then learn and improve from there. ๐Ÿชด At the end of the day Iโ€™m a one person army. ๐Ÿซก I donโ€™t have people to help film/edit/create graphics/upload to platforms etcโ€ฆ and I need to remember that. ๐—ง๐—ถ๐—ฝ ๐Ÿญ: ๐—•๐—ฒ ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜ ๐ŸŽ Mindset and the mental side of fighting is often overlooked. ๐Ÿง  But it is something you should be continually working on, much like every other part of your training. ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ My number 1 tip for fight day is to be present. ๐ŸŽ Take it all in. The fight will come regardless. Donโ€™t let your mind control you. Use it to best equip yourself for success and performance. Being present in the moment allows you to empty your mind and focus on what is happening right now. It allows you to take the emotions out of what you are about to do. It can break you into a million pieces, or it can make you indestructible. Mastering your own mind is often low on the list of priorities for people.
