Two days of inspiration—beyond our expectations!
The second edition of the Longevity Roundtable, co-organized by the International Institute for Longevity and the Buck Institute for Research on Aging, brought together global leaders in longevity at the Buck Institute in Novato, California.
Experts from clinics like Human Longevity, Longevity Center, CHI Longevity, Ornish Lifestyle Medicine, Fountain Life, Cleveland Clinic, Hooke, Private Medical, and IHLAD shared ideas and debated the future of health and quality of life in an atmosphere full of energy, passion, and innovation.
Over two incredible days, we explored topics ranging from skin regeneration and brain health to personalized supplementation and AI-powered diagnostics. Many participants emphasized the critical role of social connections—longevity isn’t just about science and technology; it’s about the relationships that give life meaning.
This milestone event marked a step toward building a global network of collaboration that will redefine medicine and longevity.
