HAFA ADAI, BRUMAIRE WEEK || Looking forward to a wine filled week! With all the festivities in the city for Brumaire, we wanted to highlight a couple of our favorite producers we look forward to chatting with on Sunday. If you can’t make it, come to Prubechu and drink some wine with us 💛 . LE COSTE || This is a fascinating project started in 2004 by Gian Marco Antonuzi and Clementine Bouveron. The couple are winegrowers in the Lazio region. the passion and dedication of two people is single handedly putting one of Italy’s lesser known villages firmly on the map. . Bianchetto is a blend of Procanico, Malvasia and Moscato. It spends two weeks on skins, before being pressed to vats for six month of rest.

If you can’t make it, come to Prubechu and drink some wine with us 💛 . . ORIOL ARTIGAS || After realizing a career in Chemistry wasnt for him, Oriol ventured into the wine world. Just north of Barcelona in Alella, the wines coming out of here highlight the sea, granite and century-old vines. His style is made up of casual pruning, heavy vegetation and a companionship with the lunar calendar. . the SOS series comes from a year of climate change-induced mildew. In lieu of his own grapes, his friends rallied around him to give him some of their own fruit. # 4 is a Garnatxa Negra rosé rich with acid and tannin. A treat to be sure.
