The Irish Cream Kloo Martini. Like an espresso martini, but softened at the edges.
Ingredients:
2 oz Kloo Craft Coffee Concentrate
¾ oz Baileys
1 oz Vodka
¾ oz Coffee liqueur
Ice
Cinnamon (ground & stick)
Coffee beans
Instructions:
1. Combine Kloo, vodka, coffee liqueur, and Baileys in a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake vigorously until the liquid becomes frothy.
3. Strain mixture into a martini glass.
4. Garnish with ground cinnamon, espresso beans, & cinnamon stick and enjoy!

A study in simplicity. Kloo Coffee Tonic and Caprese Toast.
Components:
Kloo Craft Coffee Concentrate
Sparkling water
Sourdough bread
Fresh burrata
Cherry tomatoes
Fresh basil leaves
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar or glaze
Salt & black pepper
Instructions:
1. Toast the sourdough in a pan until golden and crisp.
2. Spread fresh burrata generously over the toast.
3. Top with sliced cherry tomatoes.
4. Add a sprinkle of salt & pepper and a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
5. Finish with fresh basil on top.
6. Pair with a Kloo Craft Coffee Concentrate tonic and enjoy!
