A truly inspiring event last night at 1516 Sandcastle with friends, people whom I am genuinely grateful for. The emotional strength, patience, sacrifice, scheduling, protecting, teaching, loving, correcting, showing up over and over again…it’s honestly wild when you really stop and think about it.
As someone who spends his life developing, designing and selling homes, I’ve realized the greatest “design element” in any house is the environment created inside of it. Peace. Energy. Warmth. Love. Safety. That comes from people…not square footage.
Today I just want to honor the mothers out there carrying so much behind the scenes while still showing up with grace for their respective families.
Especially the mother of my children @j0rie08 . Thank you for the love, heart, and energy you pour into them daily. It matters more than you know.

As a business owner, father, developer, and leader, Joe has dedicated himself to keeping Newport Beach the special place we all know and love.
