My 28th Solar return ✨ Thank you all for the birthday wishes! yesterday I completed my 28th lap around the sun. Thank you all so much for the birthday wishes, I have been so deeply reminded of just how loved and seen. I am, what an absolute honor. It is to live this reality I’ve created for myself, and be able to connect with all of the beautiful beings in it. Deep vulnerability and raw expression ahead 💛 TW- child loss 26 came to a close at rock bottom, 27 started off on a steep uphill climb, challenging, though absolutely surrounded by beauty, motivation, and reminders of just how incredible this sweet life can be. my last winter of being 26 I navigated a pregnancy that ended up naturally leaving my body, my partner who had created this being with me, decided it was the best of his capability to completely step away and have zero communication with him and leave me to deal with it on my own. Leaving me with no support from the beings co-creator, and forcing me to see all of the loving support that I had around me in the beautiful friendships and community that I’ve been so grateful to be a part of. The anger and abandonment, the stress, the frustration, and the fact that I could never deeply understand how someone could leave a loved one in this position, could have resulted in me, making the decision to stay at rock bottom, and rot away in these deep uncomfortable feelings. instead, I felt a surge of creativity and a surge of motivation to continue to create the most aligned life for myself. I could not have done this without all of the hurt that the end of that relationship had brought. I could not have done this without all of the incredibly supportive friends that were there to be my hype girl and help me pick up the pieces. A big piece of the nutrient soil for the growth that I’ve felt within myself in the last year, was leaving Moab, my home since 2021. This place and community will forever be in my heart, though I recognized how much I stepped into myself during those years, it was time to change the soil and see new things to continue to create a life fully aligned to my ever-changing self. continued in comments

Vaudeville baby! So stoked on the debut of my character serpentine mayhem! This spicy trickster vaudville, babe, brought her hat full of surprises and moves that are mesmerizing to the burlesque show this year at building man. If you know me, you know, my roots are in theater and over the top performance. This piece means so much to me and really felt like such a special personality expression. The love and support that I felt before during and after this performance has absolutely exploded my heart. Much needed solo time in the desert. So incredibly grateful for the past few weeks surrounded by community. And also so stoked to be spending the next couple days, recharging, resting, and getting back to routine in my own little world. we’ve been enjoying morning River showers, midday runs lots of dancing and lots of fetch☺️ as this year has began, I’ve done a lot of reflecting on how I’ve grown throughout 2025. A big Takeaway I have is how important my alone time has become to me in the past year. I’m such an extrovert and thrive off of other people‘s energies, but this can sometimes have me lacking in my own personal identity and routine. Last year I fell in love with spending time with myself, vulnerably alone time used to be something that absolutely terrified me. It feels so rejuvenating and sacred to really enjoy my own presence and feel so empowered and such a growth of confidence getting to know my mind in a different way when I’m able to step away from the world and just be with myself, and sprout, of course. This little creature has definitely brought a lot of ease and comfort to this journey, and I’m so stoked to have this little partner in play ❤️
