For over 20 years, I’ve watched well-meaning dentistry solve pain short term while creating long-term problems no one connects back to the mouth. Problems with sleep, energy, focus, joints, inflammation, brain health, and overall vitality. I kept seeing the same pattern: People eating clean, training hard, supplementing, biohacking... and still feeling off. Why? Because no one ever looked at their mouth as part of the whole system. Your mouth isn’t separate from your body. It’s the entrance to your gut, your immune system, and your nervous system. And for many people, it’s the missing link behind their chronic health issues. When the mouth is finally treated correctly, something interesting happens. Blood pressure stabilizes. Sleep improves. Brain fog lifts. Joint pain fades. Symptoms that were never explained begin to resolve. That’s why I do this work. Together with my team, we’re training a new generation of real biodentists, clinicians who think beyond teeth, challenge outdated systems, and treat the mouth as part of whole-body health. Our goal is simple: Fix the damage once. Teach you how to maintain the system. And create dental care that causes less trauma, less inflammation, faster healing, and better long-term outcomes. This is Biodentistry 3.0. This is the Biodentistry Global Standard. Welcome to the future of dentistry. Your knee pain. Your hip issues. Your gut problems. What if the cause was in your mouth? This is the tooth-body connection. And it’s not alternative medicine. It’s anatomy. Every tooth is connected to specific organs, joints, and sensory systems through the autonomic nervous system. This was mapped by Kramer and Voll and has been used in neural therapy for decades. What that means in practice: A chronic stressor on tooth 18 can show up as a hip problem. A dying nerve in an upper molar can silently affect your liver or lung meridian. A cavitation in the jaw can be the origin of symptoms your doctors have never been able to explain. Symptoms are always the tip of the iceberg. The real cause is often somewhere else entirely. In our practice, we use this map to find it. Swipe to see the lower jaw connection. Have you ever had symptoms that no one could explain? Drop it in the comments. You might be surprised where it leads. Comment BIODENTIST to work with us or find a certified Real Biodentist near you. Cheers, Dr. Dome

Your teeth were built to resist decay. Not kind of. Literally. Saliva floods your mouth with minerals, growth factors, and immune components – constantly rebuilding your enamel from the outside. Blood delivers nutrients through the inside. Your teeth are living organs designed to defend themselves. So when cavities show up, that’s a signal. Not bad luck. Not genetics. Not a tooth problem. It’s the terrain breaking down: Nutrient deficiencies. Low D3 and K2. Processed food. Chronic mouth breathing. Metabolic stress. The cavity is the symptom. The terrain is the cause. Conventional dentistry treats the hole. Biodentistry 3.0 asks: why did this happen at all? Because when the terrain is healthy, the mouth changes. The body changes. The repair happens – without a drill. This is the shift: From fixing teeth to building health. Comment NEWSLETTER if you want to go deeper. Cheers, Dr. Dome

Most people think it’s genetics, but it’s not. Facial development, jaw position, even your airway… they’re largely driven by function. Tongue posture. Breathing. Fascia. Daily habits. And yes, the body can adapt. But here’s what most people don’t hear: This only works if you actually do the work. We’re talking daily consistency. Weeks, months… sometimes years. That’s why most people fall back to passive solutions like braces. Not because they’re always better, but because they don’t require discipline. Many people can improve massively with function alone. But some cases need additional support. It’s not force vs. nature. It’s knowing when to guide biology… and when to assist it. Your gut protocol is failing because of this. The mouth is not separate from the gut. It’s the entrance to it. Everything — throat, stomach, intestines — is one continuous tube. And it starts here. You swallow roughly 150 billion bacteria every single day. Those bacteria make up around 50% of your gut microbiome. So if the mouth is in dysbiosis, you are seeding your gut with the wrong microbes. Every. Single. Day. Bleeding gums? That’s not a dental problem. That’s a systemic red flag. Oral inflammation doesn’t stay local. It travels. It shifts the entire microbial landscape downstream. This is why gut healing protocols so often fall short. People fix the diet. Add probiotics. Cut out inflammatory foods. Feel better for a while. Then plateau. Because nobody looked upstream. And if there are deeper stressors — root canals, metals, cavitations — the system stays in a state of chronic disruption no protocol can fully override. You cannot heal the gut without addressing the mouth first. That’s not opinion. That’s anatomy. 100% agree with @kaylabarnes here. This conversation is finally entering the mainstream. It’s been the foundation of everything we do for years. Optimal health starts in the mouth. Comment BIODENTIST to work with us or find a certified Real Biodentist near you. Brushing your teeth is important. But when you brush matters just as much. Right after eating or drinking (especially coffee, juice, or anything acidic), your enamel is temporarily softened. If you brush in that moment, you’re not protecting your teeth… you’re brushing away weakened enamel. Same thing after vomiting. Stomach acid is extremely strong, and brushing immediately can cause even more damage. Instead: Wait at least 30 minutes. Let your saliva do its job and remineralize the enamel. In the meantime, you can rinse with water or do a gentle oil pulling. And one more thing most people get wrong: Brushing more often isn’t better. 1–2 times per day is enough when done correctly. Protect first. Then clean. Comment NEWSLETTER if you’d like to receive my latest protocols, health optimisation tips, and updates straight to your inbox. How often do you brush your teeth? Breastfeeding is the first orthodontic treatment. I said it on @shawnmodel ’s podcast and I meant it. When a baby breastfeeds, the sucking motion pulls the jaw forward. That mechanical action creates space. It stimulates growth. It builds the foundation for a wide palate, a healthy airway, and room for all the teeth later in life. At the same time, breastfeeding encourages nasal breathing. Which shapes the palate further. Which supports facial development. Which sets the stage for a lifetime of proper function. My wife breastfed our first for 18 months. 18 months is the minimum for real structural benefit. That’s not opinion. That’s biology. My kids will never need a dentist for drilling. That foundation starts before they ever see a dental chair. To every mother who couldn’t breastfeed: this is not guilt. Bodies, circumstances, and situations are complex and real. You are doing enough. This is simply information — because when we know better, we can do better, and advocate better for those who come after us. Health doesn’t start at the dentist. It starts at birth. Comment BIODENTIST to work with us or find a certified Real Biodentist near you. I had braces twice. And my teeth still shifted. Nobody told me why. Until I understood what the tongue actually does. Crooked teeth. Narrow arches. Relapse after braces. Grinding. Airway issues. These are not tooth problems. They are function problems. And one of the biggest missing links is your tongue. The tongue is the natural architect of the upper jaw. When it rests correctly on the palate, it guides growth, supports the airway, and creates space for teeth naturally. When it drops — from mouth breathing, stress, habits, or dysfunction — everything changes. The palate narrows. The airway shrinks. The jaw grows backwards. Crowding begins. We call it genetics. It’s not. It’s epigenetics. It’s function. It’s environment. It’s lifestyle. Ask yourself: Do you breathe through your nose or your mouth? Where does your tongue rest right now? How do you swallow? Do you sleep with your mouth open or closed? These questions matter more than your aligner tray. Yes, braces and aligners can move teeth. But if the function stays broken, relapse is waiting. I know. It happened to me. Twice. The future of this profession is clear. From technician to health expert. From cosmetic correction to biological optimisation. From isolated dentistry to a global standard. Straight teeth are nice. A healthy airway, balanced aesthetics, and a stable result are better. This is Biodentistry 3.0. Welcome to the future of dentistry. Where does your tongue rest right now? Titanium implants. Two root canals. Four wisdom tooth cavitations. Not a small case. What stood out was not the surgery. It was what happened after. Zero swelling. Zero pain. Brain on fire. A thousand ideas. He told me himself. His 360 Summit was two weeks away. 600 CEOs waiting. Five days on stage. He still came. He still made it a priority. Because at this level people understand something most people miss. Oral health is not separate from performance. It is upstream of it. We removed the chronic stressors. Placed immediate ceramic implants. Function and teeth the same day. The body did the rest. Grateful for the trust Peter @peterdiamandis Optimal health starts in the mouth. Most wisdom teeth removals aren’t the problem. It’s the timing. And the preparation. In most cases, teens get their wisdom teeth out with zero groundwork laid beforehand. No nutrition support. No focus on bone healing. No consideration of immune readiness. And that’s where it goes wrong. Because if the body isn’t in a strong healing state, the extraction site may not fully regenerate. Instead it can leave behind chronic, low-grade inflammation in the jawbone. Silent. No pain. No obvious symptoms. This is what we call a cavitation. And it becomes an ongoing stressor on the entire system, often undetected for years. Nobody asks the right question before surgery. It’s not just: “Do we take them out?” It’s: “Is this body ready to heal properly afterward?” That distinction is the difference between a routine procedure and a long-term problem. This is what parents need to know before they say yes. Have you or your kids had wisdom teeth removed? Drop it in the comments.
