The Official Drawtober 2025 Calendar Theme | Dark Fairytale 🥀 For this year’s 9th annual Drawtober challenge, we’re hosting a fantastical gathering and all the mischievous fairies, knights, frog royalty, and disgruntled goblins are invited! This year we are taking the pumpkin carriage deep into the dimly lit woods full of whimsy and terrors! 💀 
As always, EVERY medium of creativity is invited EXCEPT ANYTHING AI! Whether you create with a pencil, paint, a stylus, makeup, textiles, an instrument, or a block of clay, we want to see what you create in your own style! (But no Ai, we won’t share it if we notice it or will take it down if it slips through) ONE MONTH REMAINS! Starting now, you can post your “Work in Progress” pics in your stories. Tag us @drawtober to be reshared and help us spur up some inspiration for the other curious artists participating! Have fun, share your love of the season, and let’s remember that the Halloween season would mean nothing if there weren’t other people involved to share in the enjoyment! 

Then starting October 1, tag us @drawtober for your chance to be featured and reposted on our page. This challenge will always stay community driven and is meant for us as artists to share creativity, inspiration, and the love of this mystical season with one another.
