Yesterday was a dream! Crossed the country with my family to NYC and spent the morning with the fabulous @katehudson and @savannahguthrie on the @todayshow . From there, the party continued on @theviewabc where Kate and I shared our mutual love of wellness and movement and how the MyFitnessPal app is the perfect companion to help achieve our goals.
