Meal prepping in a world full of “girl dinners” 😭 I have swim week in two weeks & the goal is to be STRONG not just SKINNY 🤏🏽✨ And contrary to what the internet tells yall… every macro matters. 🥗 Protein keeps you full, supports muscle, and helps recovery. Carbs fuel your body. You need energy to actually perform in your workouts and throughout the day. Fats support *healthy* hormones, brain function, recovery, and overall health. This is why I always tell my team on @joinladder that nutrition doesn’t have to be extreme to work. Consistency will always beat perfection. Everybody wanna grow glutes but nobody wants to mobilize first. 🫠 Tight hips = no depth, no control, no real glute engagement. You’re just out here moving weight with vibes.
