🎨✨ Beautiful Things: DPSCD’s Student Art Exhibition ✨🎨
The 89th Annual DPSCD Student Art Exhibition is officially on display from April 17–May 24, 2026, at the Detroit Institute of Arts and it’s truly something special!
This annual exhibition showcases the creativity, talent, and voices of DPSCD students, highlighting just how powerful art can be when students are given space to express themselves.
We had the chance to interview two student artists and hear their perspectives on what it means to have their work featured in this long‑standing district tradition and this weeks entry in our “ Beautiful Things” series.
Their stories, passion, and pride remind us why this exhibition matters—it’s more than art, it’s student voice, confidence, and creativity on full display.
If you haven’t visited yet, make time to experience this inspiring celebration of student art, visual arts education, and DPSCD creativity.
