I wrote and released this back in 2022 and have always been fond of the chord progression. Fun to play along with the punches now that i have a better setup to record drums. I’m focusing on doing more of these videos event if they aren’t perfect. Think i almost killed my laptop tracking this at 96khz - Time to install Live 12 on the new machine i guess 🤷🤣

Built my own damn house ✅
Been living in this small outbuilding for 1yr now. Felt compelled to furnish proof that i am not entirely hobomaxxing up here, nor sleeping on the floor with a rifle (anymore) haha. Broke ground late 2023 then got muyyy deprimido and stalled on this for some time. Moved in last April and have music studio now as well, still working on painting and trimming out the exterior, photos to come.
Of course, i had tremendous help along the way. Thanks to Dane for siding work, @matt.wallace24 framing the single pitch roof, @traveybear88 flying sheets of drywall, many more friends, ex Gfs, neighbors, all lending time and tools. Thank you all. I made a million mistakes and learned from them without shame. Anyone who wants to build something - you just have to get the first one under your belt, and remove giving up from your vocabulary. I can’t wait to do the next one, probably an ADU for my house in NC when the time and money comes. Thanks for watching.

Shout out to my event crew and all the cool experiences we create! Been awhile since i posted anything about the work we do. Was a fun summer/fall with movies and concerts, huge Winter Wonderland production (feat. My Xmas DJ mixes 🤣) and now getting ready for the next season with two new permanent audio installs - one ride and one midway game - and some upgrades to our outdoor stages with better weatherproof lighting and sound. There is not really an off season anymore we are just hustling getting ready for what’s next. Hit me up if you want to come see the stuff we have built!
Exactly 1yr ago today I became a homeowner in the great state of North Carolina - the objective was to use this as a rental property, add some value to it and build community in Charlotte. It’s had ups and downs but has been an invaluable learning experience for me, now it’s rented out to good friends (and dog Bonnie) - and I’m excited to do it all over again sooner than later. Couldn’t have done it without Mr proppy shoppy boots on the ground @taz.original.333 and the absolute homies @crikeyblimeygrimey and @emily_happyfeet helping me land softly there every time I’m in town. Appreciate you all 🙏🏼
HULA 2025 🧙♂️🌲👁️ Wrapping up 2025 season with my beloved @thirdeyepinecones family. We had so much fun and took care of ourselves and each other - was so good to see the homies all up and down the vendor row. See ya next year!
Ten Day Hit with the boys @mikeposner and @drjonkedski - I was standing in as their support Crew while they walk from Canada to Mexico on the CDT.
These fellas just don’t quit! My sister @laurelpilar dropped me off on a rest day, after that it was 9 days straight of them hitting consistent 20-35 mile walks. We also celebrated 6 years since Mike completed his first Walk Across America, which i managed in 2019. Spent our evenings talking routes and logistics, having big dinners with lots of laughs and some deep and inspiring conversations as well. I also got to walk some early morning miles with them which i had never done during my last tenure as Walk Manager.
And of course trail magic along the way with some delicious Nepalese food from Pemba @sherpafoundation and getting to meet the folks behind @saunacamps who brought a mobile lake side sauna. Grateful for all the wonderful people i met on this small leg. Now heading back to Cali feeling recharged!! Keep going boyz 🙅♂️
