Our hearts want our attention. Our hearts wait for the moment when we settle our thinking minds and feel.
Honeyyy, one of the things that pushed my spiritual innerwork journey was my chronic disconnection from my heart.
Being disconnected from my heart caused some interesting situations to arise for myself and others.
I was stuck in my rational thinking mind, which was easily drifted off into worry, fear, self-doubt. Basically all the lower vibrational energies.
Our hearts have a baseline vibration of love, which is the highest vibration in this universe.
Connecting to your heart opens you up to the abundance and ease that is already yours.
Innerwork changed my life and one of the was has been connecting to my heart and listening for its messages.

Hii honeyyy Just like most of us I hopped on the “level up feminine energy train”, I did the self care days, bubble baths, the new wardrobe thing. I did it all.
And honestly it all just left me feeling the same.
All of the things felt so superficial
I felt and acted the same.
Nothing changed, I just had more stuff to keep up with.
I was still easily triggered, full of self doubt and insecurities.
Then I started calling on divine support for real embodied deep lasting soul level change I wanted and need.
Honeyyy, when asked things are truly given.
