Beginner class for women to learn the fundamentals of jiu jitsu. A fun way to build confidence, self defense skills, and move your body in an empowering community!
This class is taught by Ashley Collins, a black belt in jiu jitsu who’s been training for over 10 years. Please come wearing comfortable workout clothes, a trial gi will be provided for your first class!
