18mm Baltic birch ply with danish oil stain and couple coats of poly for protection.
This is a heavy big boy - sheer strength added to shelving unit by attaching 2 back braces and screwing those to studs in the wall.
Big things in the works - Im working on a website where you can design your own shelf like this and I cut it and flat pack send it to you.

made this piece completely by hand with just a table saw and router, no CNC this time.
made from reused 2x4s from a previous job, and reused acrylic I got off an old set shop.

Recycled old cedar 1x12 planks into custom shelving unit for the homie 🪵🌿🤟🤟
This design went thru many renditions and I’m really stoked I was patient with starting until I found something the client and I both really liked.
On the 3rd slide u can see what the planks looked like before I sanded and finished them.
As I get older and hopefully wiser I’ve really been trying to be a more conscious being and reduce waste in all areas of my life. When i first started fabrication I wanted to use all the nice n shiny new wood and materials, getting quick and pretty results. Now days I’m really trying to use as much recycled material as I can, there is so much shit already in the world, we don’t need to be producing any more waste. It’s also really satisfying giving something a new life - as they say “one man’s trash is another man’s treasure” 🤲🌿💚
