PSA: Our widely successful Dorch Stage 2 (DS2) has been replaced! For the better part of 2023 we've been exclusively producing and shipping our new DS25 pumps. These pumps are 250 bar capable with over 15% more flow beyond our last generation and beyond most competitors. 250 bar matters if you expect your upgraded injectors to flow as advertised!
Due to some major confusion in the marketplace we have rebranded these pumps to reflect our massive performance gains. Beyond the performance, we've made fitment EVEN better with OEM low pressure routing to avoid any interference with coil pack or spark plugs changes whatsoever. As always, we're still the ONLY true plug and play option on the market with our included high pressure line. No bending, cutting, splicing, etc. Everything installs in minutes just like OEM (including all sound insulation, engine covers, etc.)

There's been a lot going on behind the scenes here for the past couple years and some of these things can now start to see the light of day. Here's a sneak peak at our initial Gen2 cam offering. What's pictured here is a set that has been in our shop car for quite a while now. Just as we've done with Gen1 B58, we have a partnership with the best in the business @kelfordcams ! We can now bring you their full catalog of record breaking cam profiles paired with our upgraded fuel pump lobe. We also have a full billet "exhaust cam only" solution coming up just as we do for Gen1.
As always, our advertised power numbers are very conservative and we let the 3rd party results speak for themselves. This +27% cam lobe is just the start and it pushes things quite far when paired with higher flowing injectors.

Gen2 B58 here we come!
This one has been a LONG time coming, but of course with the release of our new and improved DS25-250 for Gen1, comes our latest and greatest creation, the DS25-350! This pump is completely reworked and optimized from the ground up to offer our usual rock solid reliability and market leading performance, but now at 350 bar operating pressure!
As usual this one's 100% plug and play. No bending, trimming, cutting, etc. Everything drops in for OEM fitment of all harness brackets, sound deadening, engine cover, etc. And unlike the F-chassis cars, there's no need for cowl removal during install. What's this mean? It means big fueling gains in 15 minutes!

No race gas this time 😉 Testing the limits of the @dorch_engineering DS3 HPFP paired with our S58/B58 Gen 2 injectors and the results are very impressive. We picked up nearly 100 whp on pump E85 (~E70) just by switching from a DS25 to the DS3. That is still on a stock unopened longblock, no cam, no port injection. A proper fuel system can unleash your Gen 2 B58’s true potential!

We've been seeing a lot of B58 Gen2 "simple setup" posts lately with a laundry list of parts, controllers, etc. How about just 3 parts instead? Pure800, DS25 HPFP, and S58 injectors. This combo commonly crests 700whp on E50 with the STOCK LPFP. Good for 9.4X on a Supra and 9.7X on G20/22 at full weight.
That said, the power is the easy part. This particular car has a built trans, cooling, and LPFP mods to keep things consistent and safe, which is never a bad idea👍

It's official, the DS3 has entered the building. We have been working closely with our partners at Stanadyne to utilize the all new 12mm bore Goliath HPFP family. Our Dorch specific offering has been thoroughly ironed out at this point and offers never before seen DI numbers. Stay tuned for 4 digit results 🙊
Another great result with our Gen2 DS25 HPFP! A few easy bolt on parts and some @samehyehia sauce and you're in the 9s at full weight DI-only! There's a lot more on tap when adding our cam and LPFP, but this setup here is the sweet spot for the Gen2 cars.
