Each turn realizing I didn’t want success if it cost me, me.
I started applying what I’d been doing for corporate, as a sales rep and consultant, to my own business instead.
It changed everything.
I built systems to remove me from the day-to-say.
Had a process for decisions and execution.
Time opened. Money increased. And pressures dropped.
I did it once. And again. And again. Each to multi-6 figures in less than a year.
Today, I’m debt free, crossed 7-fig net worth, run multi 6 figures without being the bottleneck, but more importantly I have so much freedom.
And that’s what Dope CEOs is about.
For founders doing $5-$100k/month who feel like the business is working — but they are tired.

I can’t begin to summarize the @dopeceos conference and put into words what went down. 😭. I’m processing, numb, grateful, and sitting in the aftermath like wtf just happened.
The room was curated for transformation but I had no idea just how big the transformations were going to be, let alone the transformation I was personally going through.
All I know is I wish I could share the impact that that day delivered. When I say people left a different leader, human, and CEO, I f*cking mean it.
