Hyrox Individual Pro debut in the home of the Asian Champions? Count me in! 🤪 🇰🇷 Signed up scared and trained with a lot of doubt in my capabilities. To top it off, South Korea's very competitive atmosphere just brought the nerves and the fun to a whole new level. So glad that we pushed through despite how hard the prep was! Hyrox BKK: A race where we chased something so much more than a PB and a patch. ✨️ Arrived a good week earlier to train with my sister, @stephclairelp , and to do some much needed catching up with her and @alliecatmd . Thank you for accommodating me and giving into my very questionable whims of wanting to experience a few days in yours— and in the lives the local Thai community in Salaya. Soon after, we stepped foot into BITEC yet again. Not as MXD Relay and Solo Open competitors, but as a Doubles Open team. It was a new challenge for us both, but so much more for achi. We came in without any expectations nor our usual competitive goals— we just wanted to finish while still having the best time out there. Here's to getting back your spark, achi 🤍 I'm proud of you for showing up and pushing through, achi. Thank you for sharing this experience with me! I wouldn't have had my doubles open debut any other way. Love u! 😤 Thank you as well to coach @heyochinang and coach @zach.sy for the guidance that you have also extended towards my sister. Boracay - June '25 From snoozing alarms to doing 5km-10km runs + 20k steps a day! Hehe.
