Hyrox Incheon, May 2026!!🇰🇷
At this point, trying to go faster than our previous race time wasn’t part of MY goal anymore (see @heyochinang ’s post as to why) and some other things on top of that on my end. It was just to enjoy this race with the kids watching us, that my hip won’t give up on me (or worsen), that his ankle won’t fail on him, and that we get to support our fellow athlete friends too!
Partnership — especially in HYROX — should never be about the fear of letting the other person down. It’s about recognizing each other’s weaknesses and trusting one another enough to step up when it matters most. Humility over pride. Sportsmanship over competitiveness.😉
Like I always say, every race is different. And the best way is to just take it all in and thank God that we’re so blessed to have made it out there!!!🥳

Thank you, Lord, for “healing” us both and allowing us to enjoy (for me!🥳) and survive (for him!🤭) another Hyrox race! A real privilege to be able to do this side by side the person you choose to do life with together with so many other athletes who were there!! Added bonus of having our kids be witnesses and commentators to the whole thing!❤️❤️❤️
