Another one completed. Do not judge the looks but I’ll tell you what if your in one of those offices no one is going to hear you or you hear anyone from the out side. Engaged and spec’d by @projectonegroup we built this spec fit out with sound rated rooms. Nice small job but with great features.

If you didn’t know why were called Dominate constructions then watch this reel and it will explain more then words. Engaged by project 1 we completed a full ceiling replacement. Aprox: 950sqm of grid ceiling was demolished, re framed and ready for the client. This was done in 6 days. What an accomplishment and definitely one for the books. This was stage 1 out of a few stages to come.
Working alongside @radialprojects we completed a small and great quality project. Walls consisted of two layers either side of sound rated Gyprock, acoustic rated doorjamb seals, acoustic drop down doorsills, custom brass handles on custom grooved doors. We replaced and did some works to the main tenancy frontage. Our main goal always to make a client happy and we have achieved that again.

Another one complete. Engaged by @projectonegroup we committed and completed building the inter tenancy walls in 3 weeks. Double layered plaster board walls, custom made 1m wide Ali framed doors and custom perforated metal ceiling tiles. If there was a job that needed Dominate constructions we’ll this project got just that. With approx: 6 days in total to build all the walls with double layered Soundchek gyprock each side, 4 solids timber doors with 4 Ali framed doors and glass with sound insulation above all new walls to block sound transfer was completed on time with no time to spare Ready for handover.
