Project Completion | TOGA | 45 Jones Street, Ultimo
Located within a heritage listed building at 45 Jones Street, Ultimo, this End-of-Trip Facility sets a new standard for workplace amenity.
Delivered within a live environment, the works required a careful balance between preservation and transformation. The scope included extensive demolition and makegood works, significant fire services upgrades, installation of new services within the existing building fabric, alongside an integrated bike access and ramp infrastructure to enhance functionality and flow.
The result is a premium third space, designed to amplify workplace wellbeing and elevate the occupier experience. Delivered with high-quality finishes and a refined level of detail throughout, the destination includes male and female change rooms, a fully equipped gym, yoga studio, golf simulator, infrared saunas, and a purpose designed sensory room - a rare and progressive inclusion in commercial end-of-trip facilities.
More than just a functional space, this reimagined end-of-trip offering reflects a shift towards experience led workplace amenity.

Project Completion | Dexus | One Farrer Place
Delivered in 2025, Level 36 at One Farrer Place has been completely reimagined in close partnership with Dexus.
Our scope included the full demolition of the existing tenancy, an IT split, a refresh of the on-floor amenities, and the tower’s first lift lobby upgrade - aligning the arrival experience with the latest base building standards.
The result is a repositioned floorplate comprising two premium speculative suites and one cold shell tenancy, designed to provide flexibility for future occupants.
Framed by sweeping harbour views and abundant natural light, the suites feature refined open-plan layouts and a considered material palette - creating elevated workplace environments that balance functionality with design integrity.

We’re proud to celebrate two well-earned promotions within our team. Congratulations to Drazen Janjic on his promotion to Construction Manager and Gavin Berry on his promotion to Project Director.
Drazen brings over 18 years of industry experience across fit-out, refurbishment and new build projects, with a strong track record leading site teams and delivering across office, education, retail and aged care sectors.
Gavin brings more than 20 years of experience in the commercial property industry, specialising in office refurbishments and building upgrades, with expertise in managing complex projects from end to end.
Both appointments reflect the strength of our people and the confidence we have in their leadership. Congratulations Drazen and Gavin on this fantastic achievement.
