From greeting guests at the Night Market to keeping events humming behind the scenes, our volunteers are the heartbeat of FOOD Week.

BEEF ! We are beyond excited to launch our rotational beef menu after recently purchasing our very first whole steer, thanks to the incredible team at @tildachianina
From nose-to-tail, our kitchen is working hard to honour every cut, keeping things interesting with a rotating specialty menu celebrating all things beef. Beef, on beef on BEEF!
This is about backing beautiful local produce and shining a light on the exceptional work Jason and Sarah are doing.

He did the MASH, the unforgivable mash. Leb Prawn Toast 🫣
Late one night in the Banksia kitchen, Dom had a craving. A sucker for Chinese food and forever thinking with his Leb-ish brain, he did the unthinkable... he made prawn toast.
But not just any prawn toast — a Lebanese Prawn Toast Mash-Up, falafel mix and all.
What came out of that late-night itch is now one of our absolute favourites. Crispy, fluffy, spiced, and oh-so-satisfying. It’s bold, it’s brilliant, it’s Leb Prawn Toast.
Only available once a month at Leb Night at Banksia. We’ve begged Dom to make it daily, but he’s holding firm: you’ve got to come to Leb Night to taste what will no doubt become legendary. Honestly, we dream about it most days.
Our next Leb night is the first Friday in August and we will have fire twirling and ALL for our fire festival addition. tickets available to purchase via our website!
