Between timer, remote, or app, there really isn't a great way of shooting a self portrait. You're either rushing from the camera to where you're framed, hoping the focus is right, or you're trying to conceal a device you're using as a remote trigger. Unless I'm really missing something here?

I underwent an ACDF, or anterior cervical discectomy and fusion, to fix the slipped disc in my neck which has been giving me severe nerve pain in my left arm and shoulder for the past 8 months. So no cameras for a little bit while I recover. But that doesn't mean I can't do other stuff, like open up GarageBand for the first time in 17 years!
