Another year around the sun has a way of sharpening perspective. What I’m most proud of isn’t a milestone or a number — it’s the work we’ve quietly committed to over time. With Shiftwave, we set out to do something simple and hard at the same time: help people feel more resourced in their bodies, clearer in their minds, and steadier in the face of real-world stress. We didn’t chase shortcuts or hype. We built from the ground up — informed by research-grade psychophysiological tools, guided by data, and refined through real human experience. The goal was never to “fix” anyone, but to create conditions where people could settle, reset, and reconnect with their own capacity. Along the way, we’ve seen this technology support athletes under pressure, clinicians and caregivers carrying emotional load, high performers living at full throttle, and people navigating some of the hardest circumstances imaginable. Different lives, same need: a way to come back to center. What matters most to me is that we’ve tried to do this work with integrity — staying humble about what we know, honest about what we’re still learning, and focused on tangible, felt experience over big promises. Shiftwave isn’t about dependency. It’s about giving people an accessible doorway into practices that build resilience, calm, and clarity over time. None of this happens alone. I’m deeply grateful to the friends, family, and the @Shiftwavepro team who believe that how we build matters just as much as what we build — and that making a positive impact starts with how we show up for one another. Here’s to another year of learning, building, and contributing in ways that feel true.

Most people don’t get beat by their bodies. They get beat by burnout, reactivity, and dysregulation—right when it matters most. Yesterday I cried. Then I trained. Then I walked to the beach and reconnected with someone on my team. That’s what Inner Performance actually looks like. Not pushing harder—but learning to tune your system in real time. I just shared a personal post on the nervous system, pressure, and how I’m learning to regulate while building something that hasn’t existed before. If your days are high-stakes (even if no one sees it), this might resonate. Read the full piece → [link in bio] #InnerPerformance #NervousSystem #Regulation #Resilience #breathwork

We were able to do a lot during the LA Fires… but the mission isn’t over. Firefighters need recovery support year-round, and we’re committed to showing up for them. You can read the full story in my Substack post and check out how to get your own SHIFT HAPPENS hat to support firefighters. Link in bio.

Happy Sunday 🤍 Your nervous system loves small, consistent resets. These 3 science-backed tools take just a few minutes and can make a real difference heading into a new week. I’ll be sharing more of the science and why these tools work over on my new Substack — link in bio.

Music video I made around my trip to Sweden to speak on Mental Health as a part of National Security. I started with immersing in the culture at their biggest holiday, Midsommer, and then attending Almedalen meeting with Swedish politicians, NGOs, and businesses to share our work in Ukraine and The United States. It was a great honor meeting members of Parliament and Minister of Defense. #almedalen2025 #mentalhealth #ukraine #resilience #resilience #nervoussyetmregulation

If you’re in Visby, Sweden come to my panel tomorrow @almedalen with partners from @repower.ngo 🇸🇪 What is Almedalen? Every summer, the quiet Swedish town of Visby transforms into the political heart of Scandinavia. Welcome to Almedalen Week — one of the world’s most unique democratic forums. 🧠 Imagine this: A week where politicians, entrepreneurs, activists, scientists, journalists, artists — everyone — gathers in one place to shape the future. No tickets. No velvet ropes. Just open conversations, public debates, and spontaneous encounters in cobblestone alleys and sunny courtyards. 💬 Why it matters: Almedalen is about accessibility, transparency, and participation. Whether you’re leading a global movement or just deeply curious, your voice has a place here. 🌍 From local to global: What started in the 1960s as one politician giving a speech in a park has grown into thousands of events, all focused on the challenges and opportunities shaping our world — from AI to climate to mental health. ✨ Why we love it: It’s a celebration of ideas. A pulse-check on society. A rare space where change begins with dialogue. 📍 #Almedalen2025 Where conversations turn into action.

Having a daily practice is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Mine has to happen first thing in the morning, and it changes and adapts to my needs, location, and tools available. My daily practice started 20 years ago with a commitment to myself to do 3 minutes of yoga first thing in the morning. Here’s what I’m currently doing, if it can offer any inspiration.
