Sourcing from what’s fresh every Saturday AM, he serves up a small but well done menu of dishes like grilled local spiny lobster, ultra fresh uni, opah chowder, fish and chips, and some of the best poke around. The key is the relationships chef has with the fisherman and women. Like the uni diver, Luke Halmay, who provides chef with some of the best uni around from our local waters. Or Johnny G, captain of the F/V Nicole Ann who gets the best spiny lobster in town! ✨
We spent the morning tasting some of the dishes that
@dockside_fish_ is excited about and we can confidently say that they were some of the best we have ever had.
