I may just have found my new favorite guitar amp mic. I’ve been using a sm57 & sm7 for years, but would always have to shape it and eq it in post to get it to sit in the mix.
The @seelectronics DynaCaster DCM8 is so smooth and yet has enough bottom end that a sm57 usually misses. This mic just captures it CORRECT from the source, no fancy hyping up boosts or cuts, just ACCURATE CAPTURING. Super quiet too.
I’m actually pretty excited to try this on different sources! Maybe drums? 👀 Drop in the comments what I should try this mic on!

This is a throwback of an amazing worship set that I was blessed to be a part of with the Circuit Riders fam. Worship is so important to continue doing no matter what season of life you are in.
The world is going through some very dark times right now. From COVID, to mass shootings, to racism, political issues, things seem to be never ending. But as Christians we have to remember that we worship a GOOD God who is always working. Spread love and positivity.
